CEO
Since 1999, John and his team have inspired and lead clients to

revenue. As results-focused
consultants, coaches and trainers, his team has helped over 400 companies and
nonprofits more effectively execute their mission, vision and financial
goals. John's background spans 34
years of entrepreneurial expertise, having founded six companies. He served as vice president of a Fortune
500 company where the revenue in his division increased by 500% in four
years. He understands the big
corporate world and the keys to launching, building and succeeding in business
from a mere idea! An in-demand
speaker, John's presentations, workshops and seminars focus on the integration
of employees, customers and stakeholders objectives to meet and exceed financial
goals. John's business associations
include membership in three Chambers of Commerce, the Society of Human Resource
Management, two executive peer groups, a national executive mastermind group and
Leadership Birmingham. A graduate
of High Point University, he is a native North
Carolinian. John is married,
has three sons and resides in Birmingham.
 Lisa McDaniel, Senior Vice
President
Lisa's ability to bridge operations,
employee performance and the customer experience to meet leaderships' objectives
helps clients attain a level of teamwork and financial results unheard of. Her years of experience include five
years on the faculty of a college, twenty years with a Fortune 500 company and
five years with BestBIZ. Her
masterful skill to consult, coach and train with a holistic view masterfully
achieves clients' vision and goals.
She is an active member of the American Society from Training and
Development and two local Chambers of Commerce. Lisa is a graduate of the University of Montevallo. She and her husband reside in Birmingham.
